Glamajama has also spread its wings overseas and enjoys popularity in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, The Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Heather Nolte founded the company in 2003 as a 25 year old first-time mom. Launching Glamajama was an attempt to satisfy both her personal goals of being a stay-at-home Mom and her professional goals of having a successful career. A few years and three children later, Heather continues to design and serve as Glamajama's CEO.
